The Friends of Rock Ridges Nature Trail sponsor programming for kids and families in the summer months. The Rock Ridges Rangers are our young nature explorers, ages 6-14, who learn about the natural history of this island. We offer guided explorations and a weekly nature backpack sign-out program. We also sponsor special events like river snorkeling, nature t-shirt designing, and the TILT Kids’ Camp. Our new interactive QR code trail allows families to explore the Rock Ridges while participating in guided hands-on activities.
